Horne Lake is a 20 minute drive north from Qualicum Beach (30 + from Parksville ) Once you get to the turn off from the highway it is a gravel road ( 15 mins to cottage ). See map link and directions under travel tab. We are off grid! Meaning services are limited . Cell service is spotty - Rogers seems to be the best but we do have a cell booster to help!

We hope that groups will get together and carpool. We have limited parking spaces and we want everyone to have a safe ride home. We will be organizing a shuttle service into Qualicum/Parksville and surrounding areas at designated times to and from the Cottage. This shuttle bus will also pick up at a park and ride area at the highway turn off! Please see the SHUTTLE tab for more information! **The Bayside Resort in Parksville is the planned pick up and drop off location for wedding shuttle along with park and ride from the Horne Lake turn off! **See Shuttle tab for full details and please RSVP according as to how you will be arriving.

Our wedding will take place outdoors on grass with some uneven ground. We suggest flat shoes/ sandals and no spike heels. Garden party attire. The event is all outdoors and the dinner and reception area will be tented but please be prepared for any weather!
